What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed on weekends.
Do you accept walk-ins, or do I need an appointment?
Of course, it is always best to have an appointment, but if you stop in and we are able, we will do our best to accommodate you.
How do I schedule an appointment?

Do you provide free estimates?
All estimates are free of charge, and no work will be done on your vehicle until you have approved the proposed charges.
How long will my repair or service take?
That depends on the nature of the repair. We will give you an estimate of the time it should take to complete the service so you may decide whether to wait or return to pick up your vehicle when complete.
Do you have a waiting area?
Yes, we have a comfortably heated waiting area complete with free WiFi and a workstation.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, personal check, and all major credit and debit cards
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
We offer a 3.5% discount when you pay with cash or personal check.
Do you work with aftermarket parts, or do you use OEM parts?
We work with both, depending on the make and model of your vehicle.
Do you offer warranties on your repairs?
Greasy’s offers a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty on all parts and labor.
Do you service hybrid and electric vehicles?
Yes.
Can you fix complex electrical issues?
Yes.
Do you provide towing services?
Greasy’s does not provide towing services, but we may be able to recommend services that can assist you.
Can I drop off my car after hours?
If you make prior arrangements, you may drop your car off after hours. We ask that you place your keys in an envelope provided in the key drop box next to our entry, then drop the completed envelope in the mail slot on our main entry door.

How often should I have my car serviced?
Servicing your car regularly is essential to maintain its performance, safety, and longevity. The frequency of servicing depends on your car’s make, model, age, and driving habits, but here are general mileage-based guidelines:
- Every 5,000–7,500 miles: Oil change, tire rotation.
- Every 15,000 miles: Replace air filters, inspect brakes and suspension.
- Every 30,000 miles: Replace spark plugs (if applicable), inspect coolant and hoses.
- Every 60,000–100,000 miles: Check/replace timing belts, coolant flush, and other major components.
